We get locked out of our accounts all the time! Here's a pathway back into your account.
For security purposes, we can only reset your password from the website and not over the phone.
If you forgot your password, and can't sign in:
- Go to velolet.com and click "Sign in" in the top menu.
- Below the form, click on the "Forgot your password?" link.
- Type the email address listed under your Velolet account, and click “Send me password reset instructions”.
- Check your inbox, you should receive an email with instructions to reset your account's password.
